Mar Goats

Goats’ Cheese made on the farm from the milk of our goats

St Michael’s Farm, off the A451 between Stourport and Great Witley lies on either side of a wooded valley in an area of great natural beauty underneath the Abberley Hills.

It is a mixed farm of about 110 acres.  Arable crops include cereals, sugar beet and potatoes, and there are 10 acres of deciduous woodland.  In addition to the dairy goats, livestock enterprises include Blonde D’Aquitaine cattle, the Witley Flock of pedigree Black Welsh Mountain sheep and Saddleback X pigs which live free range in the woodland.  There are also a few free range laying hens and ducks.

The shop is stocked with goats’ milk and our award winning cheeses; tender joints and chops from our own black lambs (frozen); succulent pork joints, chops and sausages; free-range eggs and jars of honey.

It is open:

                        Monday-Wednesday                       5:30pm - 6:30pm,

                        Thursday-Saturday                         9:00am – 6:30pm.

Products are also available at Stratford, Worcester and the Teme Valley Farmers’ Markets.
