In 2003 CAPRICE was judged by the SPECIALIST CHEESEMAKERS' ASSOCIATION to be the BEST BRITISH RAW MILK CHEESE, and we were very proud to receive the James Aldridge Trophy, a handsome, hand-painted plate which had been designed and presented by His Royal Highness the Prince of Wales.
