Goats Milk

Almalactea (Nourishing Milk)

The health-giving properties of goats’ milk have long been known.  The ancient Greeks raised three of their domesticated animals to a place in the heavens amongst the signs of the Zodiac: Taurus the bull who pulled their ploughs; Aries the ram who clothed them with woollen garments; and Capricorn the goat who was sexy, lively and health-giving.  Almalactea (nourishing milk) is a constellation named after a goat.

Goats’ milk is easier to digest than the milk of cows because the fat particles are smaller and more evenly distributed. It has been known to relieve the plight of those who suffer from asthma, sinusitis, eczema, bronchitis, psoriasis and many other allergic complaints.  Goats are the universal foster mothers.  Calves, lambs, piglets, puppies, kittens and hedgehogs thrive on goats’ milk.

How the stars of Capricorn must twinkle when asthmatic, allergic and otherwise spotty, sickly people start to heal and thrive on the milk of goats.
