Pigs

Our home reared, free-range Large White X Saddleback pigs are fed whey which is a by-product of our cheesemaking. The pigs enjoy the freedom of ten acres of woodland and feast upon acorns, beech mast, chestnuts, apples and whatever roots and fruits they find. The pork and the sausages are delicious and available frozen from our farm shop. Whole or half pigs can be supplied to order.
